This week's question: "Inspired by the inane twitter trend of #100factsaboutme, give us five BOOK RELATED silly facts about you."
1. I've been a reader my entire life. My mom has been taking me to the library when I was six months old!
This week's question: "Inspired by the inane twitter trend of #100factsaboutme, give us five BOOK RELATED silly facts about you."
1. I've been a reader my entire life. My mom has been taking me to the library when I was six months old!
2. I currently have 30 books taken out from the library, and 11 on hold.
3. I have a huge TBR pile, not including the previously mentioned library books. But I still check out more and buy more.
4. Whenever I buy a book, I look at every copy on the shelves to find the one in the best condition. If none of them are in good enough condition, I will look for another book and repeat the process. I will look for the first book at another store or another visit.
5. I will never have enough shelf space. Ever.
Happy Friday!
Hey there, old follower just hopping through for
ReplyDeleteFF. I have almost all those things in common with you except the part about the library books. And also, my shelf problem is solved since I now have a NookColor! I rarely buy paper books anymore and I save my shelf space for the ones I have to get in that format instead of all my books now! :)
Anyway, ttyl and I hope you're having a wonderful Friday so far!

I have waaaay too many books checked out from the library. And way too many unread books on my Nook, too!
ReplyDeleteWow, that is an impressive number of library books! I didn't even know they let you check out that many (shows you how often I visit a library). And I do the same thing with looking for the book in the best condition, it's only natural I think!
ReplyDeleteJust swinging through on the blog hop. I enjoyed reading your answers to the #5 Things question. 30!!! I start having heart palpatations when I take out 8. You go girl!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I hope you have a great weekend!

Wow, you'd never be allowed 30 books from the library here! My chronic shelf space shortage has been partly solved by my beloved kindle. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI do that too! Buy the book in the best condition! I'm already a follower. My FF is at Coffee Table Press
ReplyDeleteHopping through. I always buy the book in the best condition too!
ReplyDeleteMy Hop
Now you have 41 books out. :P Tbr lists are DOOMED!
